Custom Bling Tack

Horse N Around Tack offers Custom bling Tack! Each piece is custom made for you and is as unique as you are. I can make your custom dreams come true. There is no limits to what I can make you. Please contact me to start designing your one of a kind piece!

Custom orders take 3 to 8 weeks to complete.
Custom orders require a 50% non refundable Down payment before I will begin making your items. 
Final payment is due within 3 days of completion
All items are made to order. All custom orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. All sales are final on all custom orders as they are made specifically for you to your specifications. All orders are comfirmed for proper crystals, size, style, color and design before they are made. All items get your approval via pictures before shipping. Once items are shipped, tracking will be provided to you. Once item arrives you have 24 hours to accept item. Once accepted they are considered sold and all sales are final.

I offer over 300 in stock items at a time. I offer over 30,000 items! I do not stock everything I offer. If you are looking for something specific that you do not see in the in stock section, please contact me for additional options available. I sell everything from hoof pics to saddles and then some. Saddles are always available but not in stock. All saddles are order in or drop ship only.

Order in and drop ship items

Order in and drop ship items are always available. I offer over 300 in stock items but I offer over 800,000 items. Most items available are order in or drop ship. Saddles are drop ship only as it saves a significant amount on shipping for you.

Shipping fees are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated in ad.
I ship USPS priority mail only.

US shipping fees-Small envelope $10Medium box $17Large box $25Saddles $75 to $125 depending upon weight. Most saddles will be $75. Roping saddle is more.
US overnight fees- These fees are not guaranteed. Overnight pricing depends on the exact items purchased. Price may me more or less depending on order. Small envelope $55

All purchases will ship within 20 business days unless you are notified of a change. Please note* We are an online tack store. 99% of items are order in which is why we say within 20 business days. *business days do not include weekends*. Any and all updates for shipping are posted on my Facebook page. It's your responsibility to read these posts. Please like and follow my store to stay informed.

Ordering and shipping process.We are an ONLINE tack store. We function just like any other online tack store (except your purchases and questions are taken care of promptly by myself). Our buying process is very simple. Just send us a message with the item(s) you would like to purchase and we will get your order together. Pictures are required to ensure correct item is sold. 
Some items are in stock others are order in only. This website is dedicated to in stock items. Order in and drop ship items can be seen on our Facebook page. I place a minimum of one order per week. All order in items will be added to the next order in order. Shipments generally arrive within 10 business days after processing. All shipping updates are posted on our Facebook store page including when order is due to arrive, any delays, when order arrives and when I will be shipping items out are posted.
Address information *When you provide me with your address for shipping you are responsible for providing me with the correct address. If a package is shipped and then returned to me due to an incorrect address; you will be billed for the additional shipping charges to re-send your package. If the package goes to the wrong person due to an incorrect address, I do not offer refunds, return, or exchanges. You are responsible for providing the correct address. Same goes for all PayPal address.
Occasionally an item will be missing in the shipment. If the item is available it will be sent out to me from the manufacturer. This will delay your shipment unless you want to pay additional shipping. We do not ship twice.
Occasionally an item is oversold by the manufacturer. When this happens you are offered a refund, exchange or credit for that item only. If you have other items in your order they are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returns, refund and exchange policy

All items on sale/special are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. 
If an item is lost or damaged in shipping we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. All items are tracked, time stamped and geo tracked by the post office. All items are insured by flat rate ($50) but does not always cover the actual full purchase price of the item all the time. Additional coverage can be purchased at time of sale but must be requested at time of purchase. You the buyer are responsible for asking for additional coverage and for asking for information on provided coverage before purchasing.
Upon notification of a damaged item... Pictures of items and box before it was opened must be included with your notification to us. Once we have reviewed pictures we will file a claim via USPS. The claim process can take multiple weeks to process. If the claim was approved you will be covered for up to $50 of the purchase price. You have the option for a refund up to insurance amount or exchange up to insurance amount.

Accepted payment types

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED. We accept PayPal Friends and family, Square, Facebook pay and Venmo without. Update 11/01/21 we do not accept venmo protection payment method. If you pay via this method you will be refunded for the purchase less the fees. No exceptions. If you pay via PayPal goods and services for your complete purchase, you will be refunded less fees. No exceptions. 

Layaway and payment plans. 
Any and all payments made on layaway items are non-refundable. If you don't meet your payment due dates items can be resold and all money paid is non refundable. 
If you need more time to pay just message me! I'm happy to work with everyone but if I cannot contact you, I will put your items back up for sale as they will be considered unwanted.
